“I bought a pair of Gabor boots from Mozimo. I was going to buy them from Amazon but they were actually cheaper at Mozimo and I prefer buying from smaller, independent shops rather than places like Amazon. I'm pleased I did. The ordering process was simple. The parcel arrived a few days later. The boots are just lovely. Excellent service. I'll be using this site again.”

“Good telephone service for any queries re styles and sizes etc. Very quick delivery and packaged very well. Excellent service re despatch of parcels as there is no charge for delivery over £50 and returns are free. I would shop with Mozimo again.”

“Not at all happy with the service. Ordered shoes shown on the website and paid for them so presumably they were in stock. Waited a few days and heard nothing. Contacted them to find out when I could expect delivery, only to be told there were "issues" which meant the shoes couldn't be dispatched. Reading between the lines I think they never had them in the first place and were happy to hold on to my money until I contacted them. Won't be shopping with them again.”
