“Excellent delivery with tracking and very early arrival. Shoes are beautiful and a perfect fit. It is wonderful to have such a big selection of Peter Kaiser shoes as they are one of the very best shoe manufacturers with so many different styles. Very professional from ordering to delivery. Could not be better.”

“I was very pleased with order and how quickly it was received. I have ordered from you before. However, one comment. I was a little disappointed when the box did not contain a bag to keep the shoes in (or to be used for travelling) as it usually does. Is this not being included in the future, or have I been missed out this time????????? Jennifer Haynes”

“From the moment I called up to check availability of shoes I required and, though the ones I had selected were not available, the lady at the other end of the phone quickly suggested an alternative which was available in my size. Pointing out that it would be cheaper to buy direct than on Amazon, she made the arrangements and took payment efficiently and two days later the shoes were with me. Perfect choice, good fit and beautifully presented. I am impressed and will certainly use the service again if shoes I choose are not available in my size in store. I should say also that your representative also proposed sourcing my choice from Germany but there was not time as I needed the shoes within a couple of weeks.”

“Having purchased from Mozimo previously, I had no hesitation in placing an order for 2 pairs of Gabor boots. I was not disappointed as the order was processed quickly and I was able to track it. Parcel force are not as efficient in delivering but this is out of Mozimo's control! Customers need have no fear when placing an order, this is an excellent, safe and efficient trader.”

“These are the most comfortable shoes ever! My only complaint is that colour wore off on right shoe quickly, should have asked for replacement . Still would highly recommend.”

“ordered on 8th September, on the 13th September I had to ring to find out where my order was. Lauren the person I spoke with was very helpful and advised she would investigate and either call me or send me a e-mail. I received an e-mail on the same day saying there was a problem with my order and did I want somethng else. Not happy as I wouldn't have ordered the goods if I wanted something else.”

“Really quick efficient service thank you, however, given the choice I would have foregone the next day service for free postage. At the point of sale it said postage for UK orders free but delivery to the channel islands would incur a charge. John Lewis, Boden, The Golden Boot Company and Amazon treat the channel islands on the same basis as the UK.”
