“Cannot fault their service . Its unfortunate that the alternative shoe chosen is also too low cut across the big toe bone and I'm not prepared to spend a huge amount of money on a pair of shoes to be in agony. Its also unfortunate that Peter Kaiser's range of shoes does not include a lot more high cut front shoes, there are plenty of these in the low heeled practical wider fit, but alas nothing much in the higher heeled (6.50cm - 8cm) shoes. These un fortunately are going to be returned and I'll stick with my Peter Kaiser "Violettas" from 3-4 years ago!”

“My replacement order has still not arrived it's now 17 th June and my original order was placed on 31st May and the goods arrived back with Mozimo on the 8th June. I have emailed several times and phoned but unfortunately I am still awaiting a response!”

“I ordered Vidoretta espadrilles. I know the brand as had bought some in Spain a few years ago so I knew the size and quality. I was delighted to receive the shoes, which in fact were in the sale, beautifully packaged and they arrived in good time. A very good on line service, I will not hesitate to use MOZIMO again.”
