“Driver was 1/2 hour early - For a 4:00am pick-up that says it all. Car was clean inside and out and welcomly cool. Driver was very pleasant, informative and helpful. A great experience.”

“Our taxi arrived early (6.10am), when I went to check that it was our 6.30 am taxi the driver informed me “it had broken down”, he quickly re-assured me that another’s was on its way and less than 20. minutes a replacement was there and we were whisked away to the airport Fabulous service”

“Couldn’t fault the service I received. The driver was waiting for us at the airport when we cleared customs. The driver was very friendly and we arrived at our Bangkok hotel in 30 mins. The return from the hotel was also excellent with the driver navigating the busy peak time traffic to get us to the airport for the time stated. Would definitely use again.”

“The company promised me a refund for a trip that I cancelled and then weeks later when I followed up, they decided not to honor their decision. The company took my hard earned money and stopped responding after I showed proof that I was promised a refund. This happened in Las Vegas. I cancelled my reservation after their driver left 3 family confused after we all stood waiting to be picked up by the same person. It was a scary experience and all I asked was for my money back. I had to go out my way to ensure that their driver didnt waste his time to pick me up, since I cancelled my trip 4 days prior. I started posting on their Instagram page today to see if someone would respond and provide assistance and my account was blocked. This company is awful. I would not trust positive reviews on other platforms.”
