“Total scam!! Please stay away. Booked a transfer service which became a total nightmare upon arrival. First of all, finding them was closed to impossible since they are not wearing a company logo. Also be prepared to waste at lest 3 hours of your trip since they will over booked to a capacity that they can not handled. And to top it all off, we paid $63 for a round trip and as soon as we got in the vehicle, the manager Ivan zuniga, called the driver to instruct him that he had to get an additional $80 or we had to exit the vehicle. Then we had to wait for another lady to come to the car to pick up the $80 or simply had to get off right there Feeling scared and taken advantage of, we had no choice but to pay the additional $80 and plead with them to please just take us to the hotel and off course take the loss since we were too afraid to use them again for the return even though they had already taken $143 from us. Please be aware that they are dangerous and scam artists.”

“Ordered a transfer to airport. Driver was not at the point of pick up selected at the map in application and did not call. We were running with heavy luggage and seeking the car ~25 minutes and finally managed to find other taxi at 50% higher price. Hopefully we were not late to our flight. Support refused to return money and sent "proofs" which show that driver was waiting for us at absolutely different place with different address. After sending my proofs support stopped answering.”

“Ride was fine. My directions told me to wait in front of Margaritaville Air and look for my name, which will be held up by the driver. I stood in front of Margaritaville and there was no one holding up my name. I waited for what seemed to be 20 minutes. Finally a taxi cab driver told me to walk up a little ways and sure enough I found someone holding my name. The lady then walked us up to the van area and our van was not there. So we ended up waiting another 15 minutes. Glad I didn't elect for a shared ride, that way I didn't have to be further delayed waiting on others. When the van pulled up, we got in and drove right away. It was just the miscommunication and the wait time that I am unhappy with.”

“The driver thought he was taking me to the airport. Luckily I understood what he said even though my Spanish is terrible. I managed to communicate that I needed to go to bus station not airport, which is what I had reserved. Other than that it was quick and pleasant.”

“I had a pleasant experience with the company and the driver. He was there to greet us on time as scheduled. The only thing was I wished he had gotten out of the vehicle to greet us at the time of service. We had to go outside and locate the driver and the vehicle. But overall I would recommend this service and will use this service again!”

“Since I discovered Mozio they have became part of my life. I travel a good bit and they are just as important to me as my flights are. At first I shopped around like I do on everything else. They always get me the best deals, I’ve never had any problems with changing my dates with them when needed. The transfers that I’ve booked through them have always been very clean rides, clean, knowledgeable, and professional drivers. Now with the app it’s just a few clicks and my transfer is booked. There is also always plenty of options for whatever kind of ride I need. Thanks Mozio for making my life a little simpler..”
