“The driver arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule to make sure he had the right address-great thinking! He was very friendly and helpful. The trip was efficient and on schedule- no surprised-just what you want.”

“All perfectly. There was a flight delay of 4 hours. But the company tracked the status of the flight and the driver met us upon arrival. Все отлично. Была задержка рейса на 4 часа. Но комппния отслеживала статус рейса и водитель нас встретил по прилету.”

“It was my first time booking a vehicle through Mozio and nervous as I was leading a group of students from US to China. Then we were delayed 2 times and a call to the company reassured me the driver would be tracking the flight. We didn't arrive for pickup until 3am. But, the bus driver was waiting. Such a relief! Friendly, courteous, kind, and reliable!”

“DRIVER WAS IN COMMUNICATION WITH US AS WE WORKED OUR WAY THROUGH LUGGAGE RETRIEVAL, CUSTOMS, ETC. VERY HELPFUL, FRIENDLY, DRIVER. WOULD RECOMMEND MOZIO!”

“The pickup came on time at the Hotel. Driver helped with the luggage. He was courteous. The Car was comfortable, and clean inside and out. He dropped us off at the Airport. Overall a stress-free and pleasant experience.”

“Used Mozio in Holland for transfer from Amsterdam to Rotterdam Cruise terminal & from Boston USA to T F Green airport in Providence. On both occasions Mozio emailed a reminder the previous day; the driver was on time and gave texted frequent reports as to his progress; he was friendly and polite and helped with the luggage. On both occasions the cars were very comfortable and clean and we had a very pleasant journey. We will certainly use Mozio again.”

“We had the same driver to and from the airport at each end of our break. He was polite, prompt, helpful, friendly and competent. If we ever come to NYC again I am certain we shall use Mozio again to sort out transport between airport and hotel.”
