“The driver was very friendly & dropped us to our designated hotel and we were quite pleased with the service provided. The pickup point was not as per the email and was at arrival gate D. The pick up point to be indicated correctly upon confirmation.”

“5 maliger anruf des Fahrers bei der Abholung am Flughafen sollte nicht sein, wir hatten beim ersten mal schon mittgeteilt , das wir an der Passkontrolle wartezeit haben und wir uns melden , wenn wir durch diese durch sind.”

“great follow up and communication. called me when my reservation started. waited as I was still waiting for my luggage at the baggage claim. called me outside the arrivals to meet me. pushed out the luggage cart to the car. A friendly driver and very informative. enjoyable ride and fluid transactions.”
