“Their problem is consistancy. Last time here the food and service were faultless. However this time all four meals were substandard. Complaint dealt with unprofessionally to the point of rudeness, and just to let us know they didn't like our audacity in complaining, kept us waiting 15mins (coats on obviously ready to leave) for the bill. We live in Marsden and eat here regularly. Such a shame they let standards slip on occassion.”
