“I would not recommend using these to sell your kit. I got a quote to sell my Nikon, was very happy with it, sent it off. When they got the camera they then offered 50% less than they quoted. I obviously took the camera back. When I got it back, both the battery I sent and the camera case were missing. I complained about this and they said' its in their terms and conditions' - no offer of a replacement or refund to cover me buying the replacement battery or case, just a blank refusal to do anything about it. They have basically stolen from me! It's theft as they have not returned what I sent them, no matter what their excuse. Terrible company. avoid!!!”

What is missing? If a proposed sale is rejected, give sellers the option for the equipment to be parted out or recycled.”
