“I ordered a lens from MPB that was not as advertised and faulty, I had hoped to use the no fuss return policy but it was anything but.
It took from February to May to get my money back
On 3 separate occasions I had to wait in for a courier that was never booked nor showed up.
I then had to post it back myself, which cost £16.
I finally received my refund and £10 towards the postage, not the full amount.
Overall pretty disappointing for what should’ve been a simple return and keeping £6 after all that hassle just goes to show how awkward they can be.
