“In September 2024, I sold a camera lens to MPB and shipped it via DHL (with the shipping provided free by MPB). The package arrived in Germany on October 7, but it hasn't moved since then. After contacting MPB customer service, I was contacted by MPB's Internal Security Team on November 14, but I have not received any further updates since then. During this period, I have contacted MPB customer service multiple times (they claim it is outside their scope), and I have also emailed MPB's Internal Security Team several times, but there has been no response. As of now, I still have not received my camera lens or the agreed-upon purchase price.
So please think carefully before selling items to MPB; they are an extremely irresponsible company.”
