If I could give them 0 stars I would. BEWARE of this company. Ordered a camera listed 'like new'. When it arrived there was a part literally broken off it - severely limiting functionality.
They admitted fault and that it should not have been described this way - the damage did not happen in shipping - it was like that when they sent it. Should add that it was actually surprising that it did not happen in shipping. The camera (Sony FX6) components all loose in a large gear bag which was then placed in a box. There was packing material to protect the bag...NONE at all to protect gear...all the components just flying around loose in the bag. Over the years I have ordered lots of gear from many different suppliers, but never before have I seen any item of value packaged in this way. Hard to believe that anyone would just throw a bunch of sensitive camera components ($5K value) in a bag together, unprotected, and not think that maybe that's not a great idea for shipping.
Anyway - you would think that they would make some effort to turn the replacement around quickly considering the circumstances (especially as I had shown them more respect than they did me and had wrapped the components in bubble wrap when I returned the gear), but no. Received an email today that my replacement was ready to ship and that I had to click a link to 'book' shipping. Why they can't just ship it out, I don't know, but it's academic anyway because the link they sent me doesn't work!
I have no idea at this point how long this process will drag out for - or actually if I'll even get what I paid for!
At this point I've had to pay for one camera rental and I expect to have to pay for another next week - so the cost of my new used camera is just going up and up...
Just been awful experience. They go through the customer service motions but it's pretty clear that the customer is very low on the list of priorities over there.
