So many times when you part exchange something, the company will tell you there is something wrong with your item, so they can reduce the value, even though you haven’t seen this “fault”. MPB are very honest and trustworthy and don’t try to rip you off.”
“My billing address is a P.O. Box and they only ship to the billing address but they won’t ship to a P.O. Box. Customer service was dismissive and they didn’t seem to care about the peculiar problem. They use FedEx but they won’t deliver to a FedEx office either. Very strange. Guess they don’t need my business, canceled the order.”

02/6/25: equipment collected by courier from my home.
03/6/25: upgrade to valuation received from MPB for all three items.
04/6/25: money paid into my account.
05/6/25: lens received from MPB, as new condition as described.
So, within seven days of my initial email, l have sold my surplus equipment, received more money than I expected paid into my bank account, and received a lens, in its original packing, which appears to be a new lens. And all without stepping outside of my home!
