Terrible service when you want to sell stuff to them, waited several weeks after they had my kit, almost impossible to get hold of them! I hear they used to be good, but have got too large and now don't care! Steer clear I say!

Had an awful experience today with mpb , the customer service is atrocious, just because I have had to return items due to incorrect condition advertised I was subject to abuse today from a representative, I left a review in trustpilot and I was accused of doing that just so I can get money off gear, I was also subject to abuse for having a few personal email addresses !! What on earth has this got to do with them? They have zero people skills and earn a lot of money from trade ins but when it doesn’t go their way eg returns they frown upon you, I tried to complain about the person throwing accusations and abuse my way but nothing was done as they were probably sat next to each other like a couple of cackling witches , I can only say to you all please refrain from using this dreadful malicious company with a bunch of cocky children employees !!

Just know that Adorama, B&H, KEH, and others have amazing customer service and are willing to work with you on such matters - including reversing a trade.

Don't buy on it you will loose big money! Badly described items, make you pay for enormous fees of shipping (95$) and the item is not as described! The customer service wanted to make me pay again for a 95$ shipping fees! That's pure scam!

I’ve been very patient, but it’s just unacceptable. The microphone that I shipped over to MPB almost 2 months ago miraculously disappeared. Customer service doesn’t answer emails. Every time I give them a call they promise a follow-up, but never do.
Looks like a scam. Stay away.

30 days later, after more than 10 chats with their poor customer service and after been promised a refund, my camera is LOST and they stopped responding and ofcourse NO REFUND at all.
