After contacting MPB customer service, I was contacted by MPB's Internal Security Team on November 14, but I have not received any further updates since then. During this period, I have contacted MPB customer service multiple times (they claim it is outside their scope), and I have also emailed MPB's Internal Security Team several times, but there has been no response. As of now, I still have not received my camera lens or the agreed-upon purchase price.
So please think carefully before selling items to MPB; they are an extremely irresponsible company.”
