"Just bought 32GB DDR4\r\nJust bought 32GB DDR4, took a while for the package to arrive here in Italy, maybe 10 days or so. Today the package was supposed to be delivered but I got a receipt in my mail box claiming that I need to pay custom charges of 22.49 Euro and postal rights of 5 Euro. They don't specifically say on their site that you will pay those taxes when you pay for the items. Say's something like \"Your order may be subject to local tax and duty. Important tax and duty is not included in the amount you pay Mr. Memory\" Like how am I supposed to know if I will need to pay or not those taxes if you say \"may be\". The only way to see if you need to pay taxes for an item you just paid is to wait for delivery and see if you get a ticket or something in your mail at delivery day. Like this is outrageous, you should expose what taxes needs to be paid and how much, not making it surprise for the buyer at the delivery day. This is just a way to hide this and for them to not pay taxes when shipping, so they double dipping. You need to be transparent with your buyers and tell people straight away as you have your items in the basket, you will pay taxes for this of x amount, not \"may be subject to local import tax and duty\". Was going everything well until this surprise at delivery day. I would had search somewhere else if they were actually honest about if you need to actually pay taxes and how much. I guess this is their way to make people think they have cheaper prices but then it's gonna be a surprise when the package will be delivered. My first and last deal with them.\r\n\r\nDate of experience: 10 June 2024"
