“Great service received, replies to emails promptly and my order was delivered only 1 day after stated, which in the current situation is excellent. The hand sanitizer was as described and exactly what I wanted. Thank you Mr Pets”

“Product fine. Packaging and sending fine. Had been unable to find hand sanitiser at all before. Price no doubt jacked up due to C19... I feel a bit of "taking advantage of the situation"”

“I was a bit cautious about ordering from here after seeing some reviews online, but my experience was very positive. They kept me up to date with my order, and when I emailed to ask a question, it was answered quickly and efficiently. Hand sanitiser is very good also! Order was delivered within 2 weeks, pretty good for these uncertain times, and postage was free. Would absolutely recommend Mr Pets.”

“Excellent Product and would buy again. All emails replied to with information on delivery dates. Ignore negative responses as people are impatient during a very busy time & high demand for this product. This Company is 100% genuine and are not out to take your payment and not supply. I will buy from again 100% satisfied.”

“Product took a long time to arrive but understandable at the moment with Covid 19 and run on hand sanitizer gel. Product very good so extremely pleased when it arrived. Might consider offering a phone contact number as I was wondering if Mr Pets really actually existed. I would use again but would want updates on progress on delivery.”
