“Needed a new scratch post for my two ragdolls. Saw one in my local pet store for £50 found the same one £32 with no postage delivered within 4 days fantastic.”

“There was an issue with broken parts arriving due to delivery and I didn't even have to go to the effort of sending it back and they've sent out a replacement without any hassle. Staff on the phone were very helpful.”

“Cheapest product we could find on the web and delivery was really nice and quick, however the product we bought (Adaptil Diffuser to calm our dog down) did not work; has not made the slightest bit of a difference) but this is not Mr Pets' fault. Everything with the order was spot on and I would order from this company again.”

“I really like the fact that P&P is included, with no minimum spend. I ordered a small heater for my aquarium (which I needed pretty quickly as the old one broke) Delivery was super quick. Very impressed and will definitely use Mr Pets again!”
