“I ordered an Adaptil plug in with 1 refill. It was a genuine product. Keep informed about delivery throughout, delivery by Royal Mail, came quickly and very happy. It was £20 cheaper than the 'popular pets store'!! Will definitely buy from Mr Pets again.”

“Item (catflap) was competitively priced and arrived as promised. Easy to fit and works well. Only complaint was the delivery - which is no reflection on the supplier, Mr Pets. My porch door was locked when the delivery person arrived, but rather than ringing the bell, he/she decided to 'post' the item through a skylight window that was slightly ajar. From there it fell approx. 8 feet onto a slate tiled floor. Fortunately this item wasnt too fragile and survived fine - but the delivery person wasnt to know that.”

“I ordered the All for Cats Flutter Bug... I thought it would be a 2 minute wonder. I was wrong - all the cats love it! It certainly keeps them on their toes and tires them out [kittens]. It takes all the punishment they give even though it looks quite fragile. The only issue is the poor butterfly is already looking worse for wear but still going strong. They provided a spare which is great and I understand more are available to purchase. Would I buy again - yes I would, but hopefully not quite yet!”

“I have been ordering from Mr Pets for some time now, only ever had 1 issue, but a telephone call and an extremely helpful person on the other end of the phone, and the issue was resolved with no quibble and efficiently.
