“We had a problem with an item we purchased and got in touch to see if we could find a solution. Gurinder dealt with our problem with amazing patience and did everything possible to try to find a suitable outcome. Our problem sorted itself out thankfully but Gurinder more than deserves a Gold Star for her Customer Care. Well done ????”

“My first order hadn't arrived after 9 days so I phoned customer services. They arranged to dispatch another package the same day which arrived 3 days later. So after the initial hiccup it all turned out really well. Very pleased with the service, the products and especially the price!”

“I find the service efficient and thorough and of course cost saving. I have a six monthly prescription filled for canine deflea medication and am impressed how Mr Pets insists on double checking dates and vets confirmation before filling the order. This shows care and attention to the individual customers needs in my opinion ensuring that no possibly hazardous mistakes are made. Highly recommend and have indeed done so.”
