“Having placed my order, I did not receive an email acknowledgement as expected. I contacted them via their ‘contact’ web page, and received a prompt assurance that the order had been received, and would soon be dispatched. The dispatch email arrived safely, as did the goods a few days later. Note that they may dispatch in multiple packages - I received four packages for an order of one bottle of Virbac Vet Aquadent, two Feliway refills, and four Yeowww Stinky Cigars.”

“I've been using Mr pets for a few years now and find them great value for top products. A lot cheaper than buying from a store. Only thing I would improve is the postage time frame. Apart from that I'd definitely recommend.”

“Cheaper prices than other suppliers. Quick delivery. Unfortunately the two radiator cat beds I bought are disappointing. They really are designed for kittens. Even my cat who loves small spaces doesn't want to use them. And the fabric cover on one ripped easily during assembly.”

“Very pleased with the dog bed, the cover is lovely and very hardwearing. The bed is comfortable but if you have a heavy dog you may have to supplement the filling before too long.”

“The products from Mr Pets are very good The joint aid for dogs is excellent but the postage is so slow Still waiting for goods ordered on 24th October it is 2nd November now”

“Cheap products and good service. Only downside was delivery that is not tracked. Missed the delivery and had to get it myself from the post office where as if I had known it was coming I could have stayed in”
