“I bought microchip cat flap, unfortunately it developed fault. I emailed on a Saturday not expecting reply until Monday however I had reply within couple of hours with returns label and promise of replacement. Brilliant service.”

My recent purchase of soft chews for joint mobility for cats was delivered fast and efficiently. The product itself seems, in the short time my cat has been taking it, does what it says. “Quick and easy order process, as a first time buyer for a puppy which as yet is still with his mum I did not know what weight to put in so just put in "0kg", the item was dispatched and then followed up by an email to make sure it was the correct item I had purchased, when I explained the situation they just updated my records accordingly. Item received well packaged. Would use again.”
