“Having looked around for products I had seen at a popular high street pet shop, I was pleased to find them available at Mr Pets for a lot less. The ordering process was simple, and the items were well packaged, and arrived quickly and undamaged. There seems to be a massive range at great prices, so I'll definitely be ordering from here again.”

“Ordered some Pro Kolin for my dog, which came in the time specified, good communication from Mr Pets via email. Shame the post delivered it to the wrong address, even though correct address was on the delivery label, a couple of streets away, but that was a problem at the sorting office. Luckily we live in a village where the person it was delivered to brought it to us. Thanks, Mr Pets”

“I was a bit worried because I had seen negative reviews about people ordering and making payment but items not arriving. However, this order was easy - payment was taken, order was despatched and a few days later I received my order. Toby loves his new boomer ball and I would order from here again - competitive prices, overall a good experience.”
