“Product as described, arrived before i expected it, it should have been clearer that a lead was NOT included, i could have ordered one at the same time. i ordered two collars at the same time, both arrived on same day in separate packages??!!”

“I had an emergency with a broken cat flap. Mr Pets had exactly the replacement one that I needed and it has arrived in 5 days and that with a weekend and 2 days Christmas holiday in between ordering and delivery. Take my hat off to you Mr Pets - I will be back for more goods”

“The Catmate 50 automatic feeder came quickly at a good price. The feeder worked very well providing wet food for 3 days - worked fine midwinter with the icepacks but probably this is oo long for summer.”
