“Mr Pets is a fair and competitively priced company. Through no fault of their own my order was lost via The Royal Mail. I contacted customer services and they were helpful, apologetic and polite and have since then, re-dispatched my order again. I would recommend this company for their knowledge, prices and good customer service. I will be a returning customer, many thanks.”

“I ordered a microchip cat flap for my kitten. She loves it and it gives her to freedom to come and go as she pleases, it also gives me peace of mind that other cats are not coming into my home. It has also allowed me to train her to go to the toilet outside and so no more cleaning out litter trays! The other advantage is that this cat flap was £20 cheaper than it is in other pet stores.”
