“Excellent price for the product I bought which was Feliway Friends Refill and postage was free too!Only issue was I had to phone to ask if my item had been dispatched as I never received an email informing me of dispatch which I was meant to have been sent however I did receive the email the day I phoned telling me it had been dispatched a few days previously.Perhaps this can be looked into and improvements made to let customers know as soon as their item is dispatched.Overall this is a good company providing a swift and free delivery service within the UK and it's prices are very reasonable.”

“We have got no pets but we have somehow dog or foxes fleas we have tried everything then phoned Mr Pets they recommended Indorex spray we tried it and it seems to work”

“Bought Ricky Litchfield Anti-Inflammatory Capsules for my elderly dog and what a difference it's made. He's appears much happier and his agility is also greatly improved. Mr Pets always delivers in a timely fashion & in this instance the most competitively priced on the internet.”

“Ordered a Staywell Medium dog flap, which had been out of stock in other online shops from Mr Pets. This was our first order and we were pleased with the ease of ordering and the speed of despatch. The dog flap arrived within 2 days of ordering and was well packaged, so no issues. I haven't ordered anything else yet, but will be happy to use Mr Pets again. A good job.”
