“I received my order today for two bottles of Tetra Aquasafe for my pond. The service was quick but the products were poorly packaged, both bottles arrived with the tops completely smashed. I realise this could be down to rough handling by Yodel but some bubble wrap around the caps and maybe some polystyrene pieces in the box to stop the bottles moving. There was a small piece of air filled plastic in the box but this was nowhere near sufficient.”

“I have red a review that mr pets has taken xenex ultra spot on treatment off sale thanks to a customer raising concerns about this product. I was prescribed this by my vet and my Guinea pig had an adverse reaction to it. By taking xenex ultra off sale, mr pets has shown that animal health and safely has come above profit. To me this says mr pets is compassionate about the animals and their owners. I hope bigger companies follow in the footsteps of mr pets. You should be proud of taking this step and showing care for your customers concerns.”

“I recently bought two cat flaps from Mr Pets. They were my first purchase from this company and I was a bit unsure as the price was so competitive compared to the product elsewhere. However, I have been so pleasantly surprised that I would highly recommend them. The price was very good, the delivery was very prompt and well packaged.
