“Ordering on line food and medication can be problematic the UK love their pets and would never want them to digest any products that were not what they state they are on the label. The service I have received from Mr Pets has been first class just wish they supplied Canagan Cat Food if they did I would not hesitate to purchase it from them together with their free post and packaging.”

“I stupidly ordered the wrong size harness but not a problem - Mr Pets dispatched a larger size at no additional charge and the replacement arrived within a couple of days of the original being returned. Great service - thank you Mr Pets - will certainly use you again.”

“I use this site to purchase frontline spot on for my cat, I buy three packets of the six pipettes as it works out cheaper in the long run for myself anyway! The site is easy to use and I use the drop down options to navigate to where I want to go! I recently revived an email with money off the next order which was perfect for me as it was for front line spot on! Great site! My cat is happy too ha X”

“Sorry if you have this more that once .Products felliway and front line for cats I purchase from yourselves very reasonable in price and delivery good . I wanted to let you know how good your phone staff are , very helpful friendly and polite . I phone every month and I know I will get good service.I speak to a lady called Gurinda she is loverly and always will go the extra mile when I a bit more advice or help she a credit to your company you have a good team on the frontline”
