“Ordered hand gel x 3, knew delivery would be about 10 days when I ordered. Had email on 27th March with delivery date of 31st March via DPD. Under the current circumstance, I was delighted they arrived just one day late on 1st April 9:47 exactly at time DPD emailed to say it would be delivered. See picture. Yes, price is inflated but I accepted that in COVID-19 world we are in . Just keep calm , the company must be overwhelmed with work. Thank you”

“Ordered via the website and was concerned with the lack of communication (emails went to junk and couldn’t find any contact info) but order arrived on time and in good packaging. Only issue for me is that the bottles aren’t full and there is no safety / hygiene / security seal.”

“Ordered hand sanitisers in March this year from Mr pet and received them all well packed and as ordered. Received emails before delivery, so I knew exactly when it is comming. Very great full as I was struggling to buy any in these uncertain times. And feel like I can make sure my nanny and other family members are safe as I am sharing these with all of my family. Thank you so much Mr per.”

“Bought hand sanitiser and whilst I felt it was expensivve, we needed it! Took a while to arrive but then most things are at the moment, but at least we did get it and its great! Glad we found Mr. Pets!”
