“Bought a dog paddling pool which collapsed one side after 2 days. Contacted mr pets customer service and sent them a photo of the pool. They were brilliant. No fuss. They just sent me another one and arranged to collect the other one. What more can you ask?”

“Great product, easily fitted in previous glass whole with adapter. Cats taking a little time to getting used to waiting for access and longer tunnel but they will get the hang of it in sure”

“Having had the misfortune to have been in desperate need of Protexin Pro Kolin paste recently, I was pleased to find it at Mr Pets at a very good price. The delivery was by Royal Mail at the usual speed. On the whole very pleased with the purchase and would order from them again ( having a Golden Retreiver with an iffy tummy it will be sooner rather than later).”
