“Dispatched the activity ball quickly. However the product has spilt already. This is a fault with the manufacturer and I have emailed them previously. Sadly I will not purchase another. Two halves came apart poorly glued and not as strong as my original one which lasted years. bounced off patios and knocked against skirting boards.”

“I bought a cat water fountain from Mr. Pets. Their price was the cheapest I could find online and I had free delivery. Unfortunately I made an error filling in my address, putting a "3" on two lines, so it appeared as 33 and not three. I phoned up Mr.Pets the next morning and the parcel had already been packed. However the lady I spoke to was so helpful and she event went down stairs, found the parcel and crossed out the extra 3. This is above & beyond the expected service (and she even emailed me after to confirm it had been done) . I rate Mr.Pets at 5 Stars for their brilliant prices, mega quick prices and staff that care and put themselves out to help. I highly recommend them to all new customers and I will definately use them again.”
