I placed my order on the 30th August and status said shipped on the same day and delivery date 9th September. To date I still don't know where my order is your customer care nor city courier can't give me a valid answer. I am even tired calling. Yesterday I was told they will send the email when my order arrives at east gate mall,when only God knows...I will never order online again..

Terrible service that we experience with the delivery off our order purchase from Mr Price Home Menlyn Mall, they are using City Logistics.. Phoned many times no answer when we phoned the on website a lady sarcastically tell us to wait... Week and a half later... no positive outcome and NO feedback of furniture.. HELP we cant wait for the order... we want to go away for the long weekend.....Order no 202720146330

I am extremely frustrated with the service I’ve received. I placed an order on September 1, 2024, and I am still waiting for my items. The lack of communication and follow-up from your company is unacceptable. Each time I contact customer service, I get a different story about the status of my order. This kind of disorganization and poor customer service is completely unprofessional. I am fed up with the inconsistencies and lack of accountability. I will not be purchasing from Mr Price again and will make sure to share my experience with others.

My item was shipped on the 2 September already. To date I have not received any correspondence regarding my item being delivered in store. I called the centre and was told there’s a slight delay. It’s the 15th today and I’m still waiting for my order.

MRP online shopping is the pits!!! I ordered on the 1st of this month and received an email confirming the purchase and that it will arrive before or on the 9th but it did not arrive and there's no update whatsoever. WhatsApp-ed "customer care" and did not receive any assistance instead the consultant closed the chat as soon as I stated I want to cancel the order if it does not arrive by tomorrow and she had the audacity to tell me to contact them on Saturday.

I'm still waiting, customer service is trash, they help you with absolutely NOTHING at all. If I could I'd give them 0 stars, I'm wondering when I'll receive my parcel because now it all seems like a scam, I regret ordering online and I'll never do it again. I suggest you don't too and in my opinion there should be no online shopping for mrp at all!! I am fuming!!

I went to Mr price Mams Mall on 9 September 2024 and not be able to help me with my docket on account history and I'm a account customer,a lady that helped me she said I must called customer care for myself,she will not be able to help,I did to call customer care for myself to find the docket number and again she refuses to help me to credited my shoes back to my account.she gave me excuses and she was rude.

I have an account with a few products that I wanted to cancel. The cancellation process is very unpleasant. You get taken from department to department, and wait on the line for 30 minutes between each department. If you're considering opening an account, be sure, because cancelling anything later is almost impossible. It's almost as if they want you to wait so long that you give up and end up not cancelling. If i could, I'd 0-star it.

Ordered size 36 denim shorts but delivered size 26. 🤬🤬🤬🤬. This not the first time they do this. I'm so disappointed. I need a refund

Worst service ever. Ordered online and long after delivery date passed, I still had not received my order. Finally canceled the order was told will only receive refund after it arrives at their warehouse. When did it even leave the warehouse coz I canceled after 2 weeks of waiting. Wish I could gv 0 star

Had a horrible first time experience at Mr price Capricorn on Saturday 3rd August, staff standing on their cellphones upon their doors, chewing bubblegum, guy staff member pants hanging he couldnt even walk, staff member watching tiktok on her phone, i had to approach her for assistance and not her having to pause whatever she was watching before helping me. I waited a half and hour in the store without even being assisted i was just told "we don't have". Horrible and disgusting! Mr Price you need to up your game! Pathetic!

Dear Management, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding an incident that occurred at your Festival Mall branch, which exemplifies poor customer service. My mother and her granddaughter visited Mr Price to purchase some clothes. When my mother attempted to pay with a R200 note, the cashier refused to accept it, claiming it had a tear and would cause her till to be unbalanced. My mother received that R200 note from an ATM earlier that morning, and when we attempted to redeposit it, the ATM accepted it without any issues. The cashier suggested, in not so many words, that we should either withdraw another R200 note or spend the money elsewhere. This interaction was not only inconvenient but was handled with a lack of respect, especially towards an older person and pensioner. I understand that policies need to be followed, but the manner in which the cashier and the manager addressed the situation was unacceptable. Respectful and courteous customer service should be a priority, particularly towards elderly customers. I strongly recommend that your staff undergo comprehensive customer service training to prevent similar incidents in the future. Due to the POPI Act, I am aware you cannot disclose personal details, but I urge you to address this internally to improve the overall customer experience. Unfortunately, this incident has left such a negative impression that we will not be returning to Mr Price at Festival Mall.

I bought a jersey online and used the size guide and took my measurements. The guide is TOTALLY WRONG. I am so disappointed as i purchased the item for a function which i will now not be able to wear because the time is too short to order another one and the item is only available online.

Mr Price management should truly consider sending their staff to some intense customer service training. Your staffs are very rude and unwelcoming, making our shopping experience very bitter. From the person at door to the cashiers….and as much as I love Mr Price I told myself never again Will i set my feet there. And it’s so sad because this problem is at most if not all Mr Price store’s. Mr Price Rundu branch (Namibia)❌📍 Regards, Unsatisfied and disappointed customer

The WhatsApp customer care number is so bad, communication is poor and they barely help with anything. They go silent without letting you know that they're busy resolving an issue, it seems like you're alone on the line. They ask if you need further assistance with anything else but they don't actually help, they even close the chat before you can enquire. That time they haven't even helped with the main issue. They are selective as to which questions they answer and if you take a little time to respond, they close the chat. I'm very upset!
