“This place is constantly visited by criminals ready to steal your cellphone or wallet or what ever is at their hands from OUT YOUR BAG to steal. Nothing wrong with the service of the staff but i am asking myself if they are not cooperating. Impossible to make a place a permanent hotspot over a period of time. This happened to me 4 times in Mr Price. 3 out of the 4 times I caught the culprits myself (Believe me --So Called Ladies and elderly ones too) but the 4th time I was unsuccessful. What crime prevention does the security guard at the door offer other than preventing stolen items / clothes from the shop to be taken out. Na guys rather have some staff moving in the alleys and checking the security camera of the activities happening in the shop. This image of the mall has become a disgrace.”

I would also like these charges to be reversed from the time it was activated to current.
These services should be cancelled with immediate effect.

“I bought the Scarlet Hill - Hydrating Micellar Wipes and used them for the 1st time last week Wednesday 14th February 2024 to remove makeup from my lips. My lips first started to burn, itch, feel numb. The next day they were still burning and extremely swollen. This week they are so dry and have turned blackish when I used to have a pink bottom lip and pinkish brown top lip. This product needs to be removed as it’s clearly got something in it that’s caused trauma to my lips. So disappointed MRP!!!!!!!”
“I ordered clothes from Mr Price on the 14th of December 2023 and it’s the 2nd of January 2024 & I still haven’t received them.

“Extremely poor customer service. I ordered online on the 6th of December, by the 13th they sent a delivered message yet I received nothing. I called them and they said the warehouse will call me back. The warehouse called and admitted that it was scanned wrong. They then sent an email stating that the delivery will happen the next day. Then I received a email to track that showed delivered, but I didn't received my parcel. I called back two days later and was given a reference number to call if nothing was delivered by the 19th. I must keep calling. I called again and the agent could not confirm anything. No communication attempts were made. No solutions not even an email. Not even any suggestions. It's Christmas in a few days. Mr Price this is unacceptable and to think I trusted that this company. Never again.”
