I ordered online on the 10 September 2024 it is now 1 October 2024, I still have not received my order. All Mr price says is they will expidite my order. They don't say when I will get my order. There is no communication from them. I have to keep calling to find out. Bad service. Never buying from them again.

Terrible service that we experience with the delivery off our order purchase from Mr price Home Menlyn Mall, they are using City Logistics.. Phoned many times no answer when we phoned the on website a lady sarcastically tell us to wait... Week and a half later... no positive outcome and NO feedback of furniture.. I'm still waiting, customer service is trash, they help you with absolutely NOTHING at all. If I could I'd give them 0 stars, I'm wondering when I'll receive my parcel because now it all seems like a scam, I regret ordering online and I'll never do it again. I suggest you don't too and in my opinion there should be no online shopping for mrp at all!! I am fuming!!
