“What great service. Cameron was fantastic every step of the way. The speed our order was processed and delivered was remarkable. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Cameron was very efficient and professional and so easy to deal with. In terms of the product , my MD eagerly took one home for testing purposes which is a great accolade. We purchased these cups as we wanted something environmentally friendly and useful and they tick both boxes and look absolutely stunning our customers will be delighted. I will certainly recommend Mr Bamboo to others. Thank you once again for such great service – you should be very proud, and I am sure I will be ordering with you again.”

“Cameron was excellent from start to finish of the ordering and design process, communicating and updating as required. The product is a great way to promote individual company's ethics regarding caring for the environment. We purchased the branded coffee cups for promotional days, something that can be used again and again. Prompt delivery and a reasonable price for the product. Thank you.”

“Cameron provided great customer service from start to finish. He followed up almost immediately to my enquiry on the website, helped me to choose the right design (and was very patient whilst we went back and forth!), kept me informed throughout the dispatch and delivery progress and checked in to make sure we were happy with our product. Couldn't have asked for a better service and very happy that we chose to use Mr Bamboo Cup despite there being cheaper options out there - the service is well worth the price. Would absolutely use Mr Bamboo Cup again in the future.”

“Kyle who we dealt with was really helpful, always on things immediately and I felt had our order well in hand. The process was simple, they were great at sending through proofs for us to check out and were really flexible with anything we needed doing with them. We're hugely impressed with the quality of the bottles and can't wait to start giving them out to people! Can definitely see us ordering more! :)”
