“The shipping was super fast, and the board is extremely high quality!! I ordered one for my husband as a birthday gift, and now I'm about to order my second for my mom for Mother's Day :) I'm happy to have found such a reputable site for kitchen utensils!!”

“I received two items in my order that were unacceptable: one had a blue marker/pen mark on it and another was a wood item that had a split edge. Both items seem to have been shipped this way. It was also a hassle to try to figure out an exchange/return with customer service.”

“I ordered a 270mm k tip Yamato a and returned it the staff was very educated and let me know why the blade was so wiggly and that it’s normal in carbon steel single bevel and they didn’t make it hard to make a return if I was unsatisfied.”
