“Placed my order July 7th. Today July 18th and the order still not shipped. The issue is if you are out, let me know right after ordering, so I can make other arrangements so my business won't get effected”

Hi Ahmad, Thank you for your feedback. Sorry for the delays, the items were in stock but we are in a high order volume period which has delayed the overall lead time. “I love the rubber cutting board I ordered from you. However, as I figured it is really big and I dont need it that size unless I'm preparing lots of stuff for the holidays. “I love your products this is my second order and i found some containers lid are flat each package i find at least 4 or 5 lids.. its B 2. Trying to order soon but how do I request to those lids prevent from getting damaged. Or if i have alots damaged do we have refunded or reimbursed it? Thanks!”

“"Cypress Sushi Oke Hangiri Mixing Bowl with Sanitary Stainless Hoop 15.4" dia" ~ The Hangiri arrived in a product box (that I would normally use to store it) that had an area that was saturated with an unpleasant-smelling oil. The other side of the box, where the product label is, has what looks like animal droppings (poop) on it. For a $99 item, plus tax & shipping, that I'm not supposed to ever wash with any soaps/detergents....the thought of preparing my wet, cooked rice in it is now pretty unappealing! Again, I have taken photos that I cannot include with this review.”

“"Wooden Coffee & Dessert Spoon 4.5" Length" ~ These just did not look very nice....especially the one with a deep scratch across the front. I didn't want to be bothered trying to return them, and they looked like they'd just harbor bacteria, so in the trash they went! I tried to include a PHOTO, but this site would not allow me to submit my review with a photo included (.PNG format)....and that's just ridiculous!”
