“this order took a very long time to process and deliver, longer than I feel it should have. we were delayed with the PayPal payment service and discovered that the service did not accept amex. additionally the order did not arrive in time for our event - was delayed by the carrier after sitting in Miami for a few days- and we had to scramble to find alternatives.”

“MTC is the only place we've been able to source our Curry bags. When we placed our orders earlier in the year, they came at a reasonable speed. Now we wait 2 to 2 1/2 weeks for the product just to ship. As a small business who can only afford a few bags at a time, we've had to go without Curry on our menu for a few days due to the shipping speed. I refuse to pay for faster shipping when your packing speed is the problem. We understand your warehouse is probably busy, but 10 days to pack an order is a bit ridiculous.”

“I had 2 orders and both did not ship out on the expected date. I didn't receive the second item and decided to refund since it had been over 2 weeks since I had placed the order and my item had not been shipped. I will not be placing on line orders from MTC Kitchen. You are better off just shopping in store.”
