“Ordered bowls for an annual event. They arrived early, extremely well packaged, clean and undamaged. The quality was terrific and many guests asked to take their bowls home.”

“They carry quality Japanese products, many that are otherwise hard to find. Extremely well packed for shipping so dishes and glasses don't break. I liked everything I've bought from them and am a return customer.”

“The item arrived as expected. The shipping charge was Excessive heat and relation to the price of the item. Only use the item once, and it broke. Not a good experience”
