“MTC Kitchen website was easy to navigate and order items. Unfortunately when the cutting board arrived it was damage. When I called MTC they apologise and offered a full refund or replacement. This makes ordering from MTC no hassles or worries.”

“Wonderful selection and shipping was fast. Everything came well packaged and nothing was damaged, I ordered sharpening stones and they were individually bubble wrapped and then bubble wrapped as a whole so they did not move in shipping. I checked them thoroughly and everything looked and is performing wonderfully. I will be purchasing again in the future.”

“Didn’t get the cover (my fault as I assumed a 4 inch $450 knife would include one). Went to buy this $20 piece and they want $18.50 to send this little piece of wood. Sorry- this is ridiculous”

“I got some good quality made in Japan sharpening stones on sale. They came quickly and extremely well packaged. I also got some tableware for sushi. I assumed it was Japanese but it was made in China. Such is life these days. Still good enough quality.”

We try to import mostly items made in Japan, most of our tableware is made in Japan, especially our ceramics, but some non-ceramics like Melamine material are made in China like the Yanco brand, but it's a popular brand and found in many Japanese and Asian restaurants in the US.
