“Very bad. I am still waiting my items. They sent wrong items and they said return first and I returned. And they said I will get 8/29/23 But it didn't come yet.”

“This Masamoto knife is very sharp of course. I wonder how long it will stay sharp. It remains to be seen. I review again in one year.”

“The knife was exactly as advertised. Razor-sharp out of the box and even sharper after being run over a loaded bench strop. The blade is beautifully polished and the edges down the spine slightly beveled so that they're comfortable with a "pinch grip." Well packaged.”

“Delivered through my Resturant’s rep. I did a lot of research and was excited to try this knife out. Preformed like a dream. Absolute laser. Highly recommend giving this knife a try. I’m interested in trying out more Kurosaki knives now.”

“I'm satisfied that the item I've been looking for was available. However, it was inconvenient that I could only order one of the items. Therefore, I would have to do a separate order with separate shipping fee (which was almost the same price as the item I ordered) to have a backup in my pantry. Not happy about that.”

“I have ordered twice now from MTC and both times have been completely satisfied. Shipping is prompt and items arrive intelligently packaged to protect them. Selection of dinnerware is good and prices better than most other places. My Japanese dinnerware collection has been enhanced by a variety of pieces from MTC and they are authentic and beautiful.”

“Brook was exceptional at assisting me with the difficulty with UPS shipping costs. If you don't correct the shipping estimates soon you will be losing sales. I enjoy the kitchen products but hesitate on ordering in the future due to shipping costs.”
