These plates are perfect. I had the smaller size and wanted to get the 11" ones and they are solid, well made and the design is unique. We love them! The only compliant I have is the over packaging. I get that they are plates and need to be well packaged but there was a horrific amount of bubble wrapping in that packaging - a lot of waste that I felt guilty about.

I like your website, no animations and easy to find the products that I'm looking for. I'm tempted to take one star away for how long it takes to get your orders out the door. It was about two weeks for my first order, a bit longer for the second. However, when the second order wasn't shipping, I emailed your customer support team and explained that I would soon be departing the location the knife was shipping too and wanted to have it before I left. Someone in you customer service department responded right away and made sure my knife shipped that same day. I can't find that email this morning to thank your agent by name, but she did a great job for me.

The cutting board is cute and just the right shape and size for prepping aromatics. I personally like the built in stand!

Shipping was a bit slow but that wasn't a problem. Bowls arrived very securely packaged... no chance of breaking... and they are even more beautiful than the picture.

I was happy to discover the MTC website because it features several items that I had been searching for. The transaction went smoothly. The item arrived when promised, and there were regular delivery progress emails. I wish the shipping was a bit quicker, though.

MTC carries a great selection of items for chefs. However, they have a huge problem. As a first time client; 3 Days after ordering I received an email acknowledging the order and then stating: "We are still processing your order"...."Please note for ground shipping orders it will take 5-6 business days to process". Now, 5 days (3 business days) after the order they are obviously sticking to their statement! I received no other emails and my Shop app says, "order placed". By now, with any of their primary competitors, I would have received my order. This is an unacceptable business protocol and eventually the market (people like you and me) will avoid ordering from them and their "we are sorry our shipping process has been delayed as a high volume of orders" statement caveat will be null. That's how basic economics works.
