I refused the delivery and UPS is returning to MTC Kitchen. I placed my order 11/30 the order was not shipped until 12/13/2024

The stone doesn’t work as labeled. it does not stay heated for even after following instructions. Would not recommend.

Delivery was delayed quite a bit. Product itself was flimsier than anticipated. Likely won't reorder.

MTC carries a great selection of items for chefs. However, they have a huge problem. As a first time client; 3 Days after ordering I received an email acknowledging the order and then stating: "We are still processing your order"...."Please note for ground shipping orders it will take 5-6 business days to process". Now, 5 days (3 business days) after the order they are obviously sticking to their statement! I received no other emails and my Shop app says, "order placed". By now, with any of their primary competitors, I would have received my order. This is an unacceptable business protocol and eventually the market (people like you and me) will avoid ordering from them and their "we are sorry our shipping process has been delayed as a high volume of orders" statement caveat will be null. That's how basic economics works.

We display the delivery date at checkout when selecting the shipping method so customers can anticipate when their order will be delivered. I had 2 orders and both did not ship out on the expected date. I didn't receive the second item and decided to refund since it had been over 2 weeks since I had placed the order and my item had not been shipped. I will not be placing on line orders from MTC Kitchen. You are better off just shopping in store.

Very bad. I am still waiting my items. They sent wrong items and they said return first and I returned. And they said I will get 8/29/23 But it didn't come yet.

Thank you for your feedback. We aim to ship customer orders within 3 business days, but sometimes during high order volume periods, we need additional time. The delivery date range shown at checkout is going to be the most accurate delivery time frame. If you need an order delivered by a certain day, please send us an email to find out the exact shipping date of your current order. We will do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible!

Placed my order July 7th. Today July 18th and the order still not shipped. The issue is if you are out, let me know right after ordering, so I can make other arrangements so my business won't get effected

"Wooden Coffee & Dessert Spoon 4.5" Length" ~ These just did not look very nice....especially the one with a deep scratch across the front. I didn't want to be bothered trying to return them, and they looked like they'd just harbor bacteria, so in the trash they went! I tried to include a PHOTO, but this site would not allow me to submit my review with a photo included (.PNG format)....and that's just ridiculous!

Shipping took way to long~ 15 days. no way shipping should take that long for domestic. E-commerce isn't in it's infancy anymore, it should be a quick and smooth process by now.

I didn’t put the review for the product itself, because I didn’t liked it and returned it eventually, but overall customer service and customer satisfaction is so poor, the unclarity about the shipping price eventually make me to pay more than $30 for returning that, set aside the extra amount that I paid them to ship it to me in the first place! That’s awful and was my first and last time that I purchased something from them.
