Got a Question?

I have traded through many trading platforms but could someone explain to me what is the purpose of the Metatrader 4 trading platform Supreme Edition?
Asked by Thuy Trong (2 months ago)
The purpose? Or distinctive traits? Actually it's an upgraded version of the MT4 with several new things like: tick chart trading, indicator solutions, embedded news feed and trade terminal as a kind of trading assistant. Basically, it's a good upgrade and it simplified trading for enthusiasts, imho. I used it and it turned out to be more functional and convenient. So, you can try it.

I was wondering if any accounts like m.premium or m.pro have any free swaps, or are swaps always paid?
Asked by Jessupha (3 months ago)
This is actually a very cool feature here. Any MTrading account holder can apply to switch to a swap-free (Islamic) account without proof of faith. It's just a toggle-in option. Have to go through the email process though: write to your account manager, or any account manager will do, and ask them to change your acc. Need to send in the MT4 account number too. It'll change in ~1-2 days.

Can I deposit money with Visa and withdraw with other type like maybe crypto or Skrill? Or is it only withdraw to a source of deposit?
Asked by N. K. Vellu (4 months ago)
Deposit and withdrawal methods should be the same and issa standard practice for all decent brokers that comply with certain set of rules. These rules are presented in the form of policies, such as anti-money laundering one. Btw, the broker shares this policy on the site so you can read what is binding for the company according to it. It's all good I think, at least you know it's reliable.

What payment method do you use for transferring money through Mtrading broker?
Asked by Tabeed Pau (5 months ago)
It's a pity that I don't do this every day!!! I'm talking about withdrawing money from account :D I wish I could do this more often! I mostly use bank card. This is the most convenient way that doesn't cause me unnecessary problems. After withdrawing money to the card, I can immediately use it for personal purposes. Most likely, other money transfer methods are also popular among traders, since not everyone can transfer money to bank accounts or cards due to certain restrictions.
Answered by Su Quang Hoc (5 months ago)
I use my bank card. I have deposited via a bank card and am still withdrawing using the same payment method. Your deposits are shown immediately on your account, while for the withdrawals, if you place the order before 12 h. it is approved the same day, if you place it after this time, then it is approved the next day. Usually, it takes 1 day after you place a withdrawal inquiry for the transfer to be completed.

I saw that they allow depositing via crypto, but do they also allow withdrawing in crypto?
Asked by Vidal Lakin (5 months ago)
Yes, and this is in fact the best way to withdraw. They allow USDT and BTC withdrawals (at least for now, mby ETH is coming soon too). I much prefer USDT since obviously you pay way less in gas fees. Cheaper than Visa and bank transfer too, at least for all the banks that I've tried it with.
Answered by Suriwongse (5 months ago)
sure, man. actually, it's all about compliance with the AML policy which is obligatory for all decent brokers. if the platform allows you to deposit using tether, then it must provide you with the same method for withdrawal, since you can't use another method.so... the simple answer to your question - yes, you can use it and u can find it in the personal area. hope you won't get lost :)
Answered by Zhong Hang (4 months ago)
Yes, MTrading allows withdrawing in crypto too. In most of the cases the payment methods available for depositing your account one can use for withdrawals too. Just keep in mind that you can withdraw up to the amount you have deposited. After that amount, all withdrawals are possible only through wire transfer. That's the law and it's the same with any broker.

What are the trading instruments provided by the broker?
Asked by Chitranjan Desai (7 months ago)
It depends on the account you use, but the instruments available are Currencies, Spot metal CFDs, Spot energy CFDs, Cash indices, Stock CFDs, and Crypto.
Answered by Ngo Quan (7 months ago)
Lots of them... what do you want? Assets, leverage, copy trading, side tools? I make you sure there are many assets and side instruments that you can use freely. In this regard, trading broker is versatile enough and that is the reason why I love it ;) Check website for further clarification, there is a lot of information on it.

what account from those offered should I choose for scalping????!
Asked by Son Luu (7 months ago)
I see slight annoyance in your question... Relax, man, opt for either M.Pro account since it has no spreads and has $4 commission per lot or M.Premium. At least these are two options one can consider for scalping. They have a broad range of assets, floating leverage up to x1000 and tight spreads in case of M.Premium. But spreads depend on the asset and market's condition, so you have to take it into account as well.

Which of this broker's services do you find more favorable, independent trading or copying trades?
Asked by Giang (9 months ago)
Well, both are really good, but I think I lean more toward trading on my own. I hate to admit it, but I like the rush and the satisfaction that comes with making successful trades.
Answered by Seng Moo Chok (9 months ago)
Well, it depends. When you trade yourself, you basically trust your system and skills. I think that traders should all trade by themseleves. Gettign real exposure to the makrets when your trading capital fluctuates together with emotions is something that is neccessary to go through in order to become good in this domain. With time I am sure something will be learned and hard work will pay off. However, if you are not so serious about trading, then perhaps copytrading is a better option here. U wont have a headacec about trades. But doing so a trader will not learn much, it is my humble opinion. But for the boker it is a great plus for offering this feature of copytrading.
