“The pharmacist was helpful in explaining all the ingredients (compounds) in the drugs I was buying and how to use them, One anti-nausea medicine was not in his stock and he (Julio Caesar Gonzalez) called other pharmacies trying to find it for me. I have never had that kind of service before, and, until I come back, probably never will again!”

Dear Mr Brown Please accept my apologies for the delay in dispatching your order and not receiving our normal level of service. I looked into your order personally and have found that our supplier unfortunately did not deliver our expected stock due to them taking a longer Easter break. I understand that you are unhappy with the delay and we too are disappointed that we have not been able to deliver as promised due to an issue in the supply chain.
