Dear Hannah Please accept my apologies for the delay in receiving your order and not receiving our normal level of service. I looked into your order personally and have found that your parcel was dispatched via Royal mail and has been returned back to us today as it was not collected in time from the Post Office. I will Re-send your parcel on Tuesday, after the Easter break using the tracked Royal Mail service.
