“I have been trying for 2 weeks to talk to a live person - I have four different phone numbers I get the same prompts at all of them or I get “weather is bad” and get hung up on. I need one simple question answered. I am paying a lot of money every month to belong to a PPO which contracts with multi plan what good is it if I can’t talk to someone- so frustrated!”
