“I am happy with the service I received from Mulu homes, There was a lot of contact and I was kept up to date. I did think you lost an opportunity to advertise your company and my property. I was asked if I wanted a board to advertise the sale, which I agreed to but the board never arrived.”

“muluhome arranged a viewing for me within 24hrs after i made my first enquiry. After viewing the property, I decided to put up an offer, on the same day, it was accepted. muluhome did a fantastic job and will definitely buy again if other investment properties are available here in Birmingham.”

“When we were first visited by the Mulu representative he told us that the charge for Mulu services would be £1,000.00 fixed price. Taking him at his word l signed the paper he placed in front of me, we now have an invoice for 1% of the sale price. My fault yes, how silly of me to take him at his word and believe him. Incidentally we have now sold without their help, we have not heard from them in over two months despite their assurances that they would keep in constant contact”

First of all, we would like to congratulate you on the sale of your home, Mr. Meadows and we do apologise for whatever inconvenience we have caused. However, we would like to point out that we did in fact, keep contact with you regularly to keep you updated (32 calls to landline and 12 calls to mobile from our call records). We understand that the buyer viewed with ourselves last September and just recently was in the position to make the purchase and that the sale is nearing its completion with the contracts being exchanged and we do hope that all goes well. Also after looking through your contract with us, I can see that you had been provided with a copy of your contract and both contracts, for your assurance, had been noted with a fee of 1% + VAT and you agreed to sign this contract which would mean that you fully understand everything that was stated on the agreement. “I have had the pleasure of working with muluhome. The staff were easily approachable and continually found ways to assist me. They had helped me achieve the price that i wanted for my home. “muluhome's local knowledge has been very helpful, they were reachable at any time of day to assist me in the sale of my home. their marketing was top draw aiming for a minimalist touch to get more interest and eventually this led to finding the right buyer with the price. all in all, they are a highly efficient and capable team.”

“I would just like to express my sincere appreciation to the team behind muluhome as they have assisted me all throughout the marketing and sales progression of my flat. I would also give a high commendation for their support and dedication to help me finally sell my property which had been on the market for far too long and with the wrong agents. The previous sales I had with 3 other estate agents fell through twice and that almost made me give up my hopes of ever selling my property. “I needed a quick sale of my property as I was looking to downsize and collect enough funds to prepare for my retirement. I was already with another agent but being with them for 3 months, they did not present any offers nor any viewings for that matter. And then I happened to stumble upon Muluhome online and decided to contact them for the free valuation they offered. From the start, every one of their highly capable team I spoke to were very accommodating and professional. They were able to sell my property within a few weeks and the sales progression was so stress and hassle-free. Would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.”

“would like to extend my thanks to the team at muluhome for helping me sell my property at the price I was aiming for. I had bought my property as an investment but encountered tenant problems along the way.. muluhome was there to lend a helping hand with everything, from the viewings (they assisted every single one of them as i was too far away) down to the conveyancing process.. they had managed to sell my property within 2 and a half months of being with them. And I understand that there were some unavoidable bumps along the way but the negotiation team and everyone went above and beyond just to provide a hassle-free sale for both me and my buyer.. excellent job!”

“Right from the start we weren't happy with the service we received. We were strung along for months with an offer we had put in on a house which they knew wouldn't be accepted but told us we had a good chance. We put our house up for sale with them but had to submit our own photos and edit the description as it was very poor. We were told their 'fixed' price to sell our house, which included vat, but then tried to charge us vat on top of that again when we sold the house! So overall, Mulu you're going to have a lot of unhappy customers if we're anything to go by!!”

“we thought that the 'online company' was good with lower commission for selling our property...........but it does have many disadvantages........no one to do the 'viewings'..........we did find that it was difficult to contact Mulu Home on many occassions. ....this was very much of a nuisance as you had to keep trying to phone to get through.......sometimes they did phone back. one member of staff was very helpful and always did what she said she would do.........others did not. The 'FOR SALE' board seemed to be a problem because the Company were not local........they never put up a 'sold sign' either!! The 'FOR SALE' sign is still at the property! maybe they will collect it one day? we do not recommend MULUHOME...........Although the fees were lower, it was still too much to pay for very little SERVICE. One other member of staff was also helpful in securing us a better offer for our home, managing to push the final SALE PRICE up £20,000, this was v good for us so there are some positive points for MULUHOME!!”

“This company has been very accommodating and very professional, especially to Gareth, the senior negotiator that dealt with the sale of my house and Gemma whose services were second to none, absolutely the best and would highly recommend MuluHome to all of the people I know. Only very few agents nowadays preserve the value of their clients, and I would have to say choosing MuluHome to sell my house was the best decision I made as they stayed true to their word of selling in 8 weeks!”

“I always thought that traditional estate agents were more efficient and had a better chance selling my home but after being let down by a couple of high street agencies, I decided to give online estate agents a try, and so I did. The first time was with MuluHome and I couldn't have made a better choice. In fact, it was the best choice. They offered to sell my home the fastest possible and they did at 9 weeks tops! The team was so efficient, prepared to lend a helping hand even on evenings or weekends. The team at MuluHome go above and beyond to make sure their clients are well-attended to. “Muluhomes were extremely helpful in helping me sell my home and purchase my new one. It was a new experience for me as I had never sold or bought a property before and was grateful to know that there was someone on the end of a phone to help me, nothing was too much trouble for them. I would like to say a special thank you to Gareth and Gemma because without their help and advice I do not think I would have the lovely new home that I have now.
