“Musashi products are great as long as you dont by from the website directly. And 2 tubs of Whey Protein ordered, just to receive them with a rancid smell. Of course that means it is not usable. They were nice enough to send me another one (not two, just one) - which had the same issue. Stopped buying from the website for very reason. Still use Musashi, but from other sources.”

“I ordered 2 items, package came and there was only 1 item sent. No explanation, just paid for 2 items but got 1. I had to contact your company for an explanation 'sorry, your protein powder is on backorder', no time frame for delivery.... still waiting so bought from another company.”
