My first and only ever order was listed as delivered and never showed up.
I had to chase to see where it was to get informed that the courier had issues and disposed of my order but still listed as delivered.
No attempt to rectify only an offer to redeliver one week later.
Too late by then as would still have to purchase the food I needed for the week.
I had a refund and probably won’t return.

All food received was fine , the problem is they leave items out of the hamper deals. They refund you an amount which is less than half the value of the product if bought separately, the the “deal” you have isnt that great of a deal.

I was disappointed that you gave me a refund before I received my order and when I emailed to ask what the refund was for you never bothered to reply. When I received my order on Thursday I discovered it was the two tomahawk steaks that were for my Christmas and New Year dinners.

Good quality meat as usual, however missing items from delivery, no replacements given just a refund in the next 5-7 days. No option to have the missing items sent out, even though they are still showing as in stock.

My delivery never arrived. Took nearly 48hrs to reply to my email which then asked when I want to rearrange my delivery - no other options offered and no compensation discount. I want a full refund as now done a shop still waiting their reply now into second day

The value is pretty good if you can get a good offer but I found that the chicken breast packs were underweight (one by more than 10%). They did refund them but I'm pretty surprised they aren't doing checks
