“When I received my order the box had been damaged in transit and one of the bags was punctured and already had mold growing in it. I reported the issue through "problen with your order?" link and requested a new bag be shipped or a refund be issued for the damaged bag, but I never heard back from anyone. I am disappointed that the bags didn't have more durable packaging like other orders I've made, and that nobody replied to my previous message. Order # 77905.”

“Don’t waste your money, of the 5 bags I’ve purchased from them only one has NOT molded. The other 4 produced mold shortly after inoculation. I use reliable spores and follow the inoculation instructions exactly. Have not had this problem with other brands”
