“Instructional videos and access to mycologist support are completely missing. Videos are down. No response from support contact page. I have used Mushroom Supplies products in the past and liked them, but am now starting to have doubts. Has the comany grown too fast for their own good?”
“I gotta say I was pleased with my first order and my second, despite being OVER packaged with an abundance of plastic and bubble wrap. Annoyingly over packaged. The problem arose with my third order. Simple enough problem; I was shorted by one bag of grain. Not a huge thing, just human error. However, when I emailed and asked for assistance the first thing I got was an automated email. Ok. Irritating but okay. I replied and a human responded (I think) and instead of just sending another bag of grain they want me to make a claim with the post office for a lost box. It’s not a lost box. I got the box, the order was incomplete. I don’t feel submitting a false claim with the postal service is the honest way to resolve their failure. I’m really irritated because there is no phone number to call, only emails that they can ignore. And they have been ignoring me for a week now.
So, basically their products are adequate but their customer service and support sucks.

“I’ve ordered multiple products at various times, Mushroom supply has always been there to fill my needs or answer questions. They are now my go to for anything. I started picking up the Myco Protect. Not that I’ve had ANY issues with spawn or substrate, but what an awesome way for them tho stand behind their product. It nice to have that in your back pocket.
